Me and my wife were moving to Atlanta from Salt Lake City a couple of years ago and found Greg on the internet. Having never met him and home searching from long distance we were nervous at first. But upon first talking to Greg, and then once meeting him, we knew we had made the right decision. We have moved 9 times in the past several years with my job and Greg has been, by far, the best agent we have ever had. He is patient, professional and truly understands what his clients criteria are instead of just throwing a number of meaningless options at you. We searched for a home for over 6 months and looked at numerous properties. Greg was always available on our unique schedule, always punctual and what I most admired about Greg, which I hadn't seen in other agents, is Greg never gave a positive or negative comment on homes we were looking at. Greg lets YOU, the client, make the decision thats right for you and doesn't sway your opinion at all. Other agents I have worked with always seemed to give their opinions on a home, almost trying to talk you into or out of a home. It's funny, Greg would always say, "whatever you want to do is fine with me", ensuring us we had all the time we needed to find a home and to keep looking if we weren't happy yet. I had seen in the past, other agents get tired after looking at so many homes and almost start pressuring us to make an offer, even if you were unsure on a particular home. This was never an issue with Greg. Once we found a home, Greg made sure that our contract was fair and gave us good advice. He definitely stood up for his clients! We will definately use Greg in all our future real estate ventures, whether buying or selling a home.
